Learning and Teaching Update

Dear parents and carers
Next week our Year 3 and Year 5 students will sit the NAPLAN Assessment. For the first time, our students will be required to complete these tests online except for the year 3 writing test which will be done on paper. We have had a lot of practice at school to prepare the students for this and to familiarise them with the online platform and format of the tests. The teachers will support them through the week as they complete the tests.

Please talk to your child about the schedule. Students are not expected to study for NAPLAN. You can support your child by reassuring them that NAPLAN is part of their school experience and remind them to simply do their best.
