Book Week - Friday 23 August

On Friday 23rd August, we celebrated Book Week by hosting our annual parade. The parade was a great success this year with many students and teachers dressing up as their favourite book characters. We had lots of Hogwarts students casting spells on their teachers, the characters from Alice in Wonderland appeared across the school, the Roald Dahl characters were popular and Captain Underpants even made an appearance. In fact, there were so many Wally’s that we didn’t really know where the real Wally actually was!

It was fantastic to see some of the older students dressed up as their favourite book covers as well!

Thank-you to all of the students, teachers and families for supporting the celebrations by organising costumes and coming along to the parade. We are looking forward to another successful Book Week in 2020.
