Change to the holiday program
Spring holiday program confirmations have gone out in the mail this week.
Unfortunately, since then we have had to make a change to the holiday program plan. Comic-Con (previously planned for Wednesday 2nd of October) is now on Friday 4th October and Under the Sea (previously Friday 4th October) is now on Wednesday 2nd October.
Any changes and cancellations to your holiday program booking can be made until Friday 13th September without incurring a fee.

Before school care relocating to the staff room on Friday 20th September
Biz – E – Kidz is relocating to the staff room for before school care on Friday 20th September to make way for new carpet squares to be installed. Junior’s after school care will run from Biz – E – Kidz building in the afternoon as usual with a 1:30 pm start for the short last day of term.
Arts Festival plans and relocation
To make room for the upcoming arts festival, Biz – E – Kidz will be relocating Juniors after school care on Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th of October, most likely to the Flex located on the Southside of the school. Before school care will run from Biz – E – Kidz as usual.
Important things to note for the Arts Festival:
- Due to the large numbers of children that attend after school care, Biz – E – Kidz educators are not able to escort children to performances.
- If your child will not attend a booked session of after school care due to the arts festival, please ensure you let us know beforehand
- Children are not allowed to sign themselves out and must be signed out by an adult authorised nominee.
- If you are unable to sign your child out to attend their performance, you are able to authorise other adults to sign your child out by logging into your Smartcentral Account and adding them as ‘Authorised Nominees’. You may also forward their name, phone number, address and relationship to child and we can add them for you
