Faith Matters

Dear St Francis Xavier Families,

It is so lovely to have all our students back on site.  I think I may have said this several times in the last 18 months but it's true, we are delighted to have our school buzzing with the learning, chatter and laughter that occurs when we are all together.

Last week we received great news from Fr Chinua. The sacraments of Eucharist and Confirmation will be going ahead within the next month. 

Eucharist will be celebrated over two masses this weekend and Confirmation will take place towards the end of November. My sincere thanks to Fr Chinua who has responsibility for three schools, so this will be a very busy time for him and Fr Jude.

I would also like to thank the families involved in the sacraments for their patience and understanding especially with regards to the restrictions that have been imposed upon us. I think we're all just happy that the sacraments are taking place this year.

As Fr Chinua would encourage us to say, God is good, all the time and all the time, God is good.
