General News 

As a staff, we are always working on improving our School Brand to attract new enrolments and families to our school.   Each and every person in our school community is a representative of St Joseph's Quirindi and we rely on word of mouth as much as any other form of advertising.  You and your children play a vital role in this regard. After all, you have chosen this beautiful school for your child's education so please spread the word!

With your assistance, students can help us by:

• making sure they are dressed in the correct school uniform every day
• representing the school proudly, on the bus trip home, at the supermarket or anywhere they go, especially when they are still in their school uniform

Parents can help to promote our school by:

• speaking positively about our school when out in the community or whilst congregating at the front of the school
• welcoming new parents to our St Joseph's community
• spreading the word about our fantastic School Readiness Program

You can also encourage your friends and family members who are considering their children's educational future to:

• book a tour of the school and meet with Pauline
• visit the school website for up to date information
• join the facebook page to see what exciting activities we are offering
• call the front office if they need more information

Afternoon Pickup

Please continue to social distance when waiting to collect your children at the end of the school day.  It is important to keep yourselves, other parents and carers and staff safe. 

Even though we can not have visitors past the gate, we are here to help.

• If you need uniform items, please pay for them via Qkr (quicker) and send us an email detailing the item/s and sizes you have ordered.   We will send the items home with your child.
• If you need to collect your child early, please phone us and we will collect your child from class and sign them out on Compass for you.  Your child can then meet you at the gate.

Parent online orders have been temporarily closed by MSP but you will be advised when they reopen as soon as we have a new booking date. 

School Fees

Term 4 fees have been emailed  The due date to have your fees up to date is 02 December, 2021, if you cannot have your fees paid by the due date, please contact Pauline to make an arrangement.  

Getting behind in fee payments and need a better way to budget? Why not set up a direct debit and have regular payments come out of your bank account, please contact the school quifinance@arm.catholic.edu.au if you wish to take up this option.  Alternatively set up direct payments in your online banking system, regular payments are always welcomed regardless of the amount and can be paid during term and school holidays.

Attendance

If your child arrives at school after 8:50am please come to the gate so we can add in the reason for them being late, to the Compass Portal. If we do not receive an explanation they will automatically be marked as late - unexplained.
