Lucie Dickens, Global Connections Program Director and Kirsten Maruff, International Student Coordinator

In our sixth issue of our International In the Know (IITK), we celebrate our centenary year - marking 100 marvellous years at Kilvington! Our recent Centenary Fair announced the occasion, with the whole of Kilvington coming together to enjoy the day.

In this issue, we introduce you to our new International Student Coordinator, Kirsten Maruff. You can also see Kilvington through the eyes of newly-arrived International student, Tiffany Wong, as she reflects on her first term at Kilvington.

This issue highlights the voices of many students, including those visiting from Todoroki High School in Japan and several Kilvington students lucky enough to complete individual tours to Japan and France. All students emphasise the great value of experiencing different cultures and school life.

You will also gain insight into some of the main events which complement our academic curriculum. From our incredible production of the musical Oliver, the Year 7 Cultural and Languages Day and our many sport and community events, our students have an exciting breadth of co-curricular experiences to grow from.

We would like to wish all our dedicated partners, parents and students a wonderful year ahead.
