Q&A Forum 

SPA, the Board and the school held the third regular Q and A meeting with over 50 parents in attendance. A further session will be held later in the year.

Founders Day - SPA Junior School Uniform Competition

On Founders Day we launched a competition across Junior School to design a school blazer for Shelford. All Junior School Students are welcome to enter and there will be three prizes awarded to the three top designs.  

A copy of the blazer template can be picked up in the IRC. Closure date for this competition is Tuesday 13 June. 

Winter Solstice – Get your tickets! 

Friday 16 June 6.00pm-8.30pm  

$20 for Adults this includes a drink  

Children can enter for free!

Information to participate at the event: 

FOOD

We would like to offer a more diverse food range this year and are looking for members of our community who would like to be involved with running a food stall showcasing their cultural cuisine - i.e., Indian, Turkish, Chinese, Greek etc. Please get in touch if any individuals or groups would like to be involved.  

STALLS

Anybody with ideas for a stall or would like to host a stall themselves and sell their own goods. We require volunteers to man the SPA organised stalls for 45min blocks.  

DONATIONS

If anyone can help with any of the following donations this would be greatly appreciated: 

• Craft items, ribbons, glue guns, sparkles for a fairy stall making wands/halos needs supplies. 
• Beauty/make up donations/contacts or Mecca gift cards - to use as prizes for games for the senior girls. 
• Tombola Jars - medium sized jars filled with items such as lollies, chocolate, hair ties, marbles, and stationery. 

 VOLUNTEERS

Specifically, anyone wishing to come onboard the events subcommittee either ongoing or event by event.   

• Volunteers on the night to help run the stalls, set up and clean up.  
• Volunteers on the day to collect hire equipment from suppliers - ideally people with UTE or larger SUV.

This is a great community, and we appreciate how involved our volunteers are. 

Second Hand Uniform Shop

• Every Monday, 3.15pm - 3.45pm (except King's Birthday holiday 12 June)
