Year 5 ScribbleBots

Year 5 students put all their electrical circuit knowledge together this week as they made ScribbleBots, simple robots that draw patterns. While the gadgets can’t be coded like Scratch or Microbit computers, students worked out how to make the patterns change by modifying their designs. It took a lot of persistence and patience, and there were loud cheers when the ScribbleBots finally worked!

Students need to finish their projects by the last day of Term 2. Ms Patel is continuing to meet with all students to check their progress and provide feedback as they put the finishing touches to their work.
