Creative Arts Week (CAW)

100 Years of Disney

In the last week of school this term the secondary school students will be participating in ‘Creative Arts Week’. Now in its 27th year at the College, CAW is a four-day drama and arts festival where students get a chance to participate in a range of creative experiences like house dramas, a talent quest and various competitions. It is a highlight for many, and a great way to finish out a big semester.

This year the theme is '100 Years of Disney'.

Each House is split into two groups and they have been given two Disney movies to combine and recreate on stage. Students have a series of different criteria to fulfill for Drama, Dance, Music, Media, Props & Sets and Costumes.

The House Captains are already at work, busily scripting and organising things behind the scenes in anticipation for their performances which will take place in at the end of Week 9 this term.

We're looking forward to all that is created this year!
