Leadership @ Monty

2020....

December...it has come around too quickly, however, planning for 2020 is well underway! We wish some of our current staff members all the very best as they take up different opportunities next year. Cara Crawford has accepted a position at Knox Primary – we wish her all the very best as she continues her career in a different network.  Lauren Hahn has worked tirelessly in the Grade 1/2 area this year and we thank her and wish her all the best as she combines relief teaching and yoga teaching! We will welcome back two of our staff members from family leave- Rebekah Rentos will return at the start of Term 1 and Meagan Nash will return to the classroom part time in Term 2 next year.

We are thrilled to be welcoming new staff members to the growing Monty team - Sarah Brush will be joining us from Watsonia North PS, Jessica Bailey from Glen Katherine PS, Amy Brook from Thomastown East and Declan McCredden from Kingsbury PS.  I know that our Monty community will ensure that our new staff members will quickly feel a part of Team Monty.

Next Thursday, we will hold our first whole school transition session from 9:30am- 1:00pm. The students will spend time with their 2020 teacher and new classmates. Transition session #2 will take place on Tuesday 10th December. This is also the day where our current Year 6 students are on their Orientation Day at their Secondary School.
