HoL Juniors

HOL Junior students are currently doing their chopping boards for their projects, they have been sanding the boards for most of the term. Most are ready for oiling and final polishing. Our students have been oriented on the coming garden and how they will be contributing to the project.

Right now, the next big project will be a huge mosaic couch as a permanent garden furniture starting in a few weeks. In addition, Junior HOL students will put up a small vegie patch to mark their involvement in the HOL Garden project.  Here are some photos of the chopping boards made by our Junior HOL students.

HoL Seniors

The Hol Senior Students have been busy Building up a storm in the last couple of weeks with our new HOL Veggie patch and the team has been amazed at the level of commitment and hard work from the trade students to it get done and build it right.

We started off with a small patch of land and a vision of what could be a great way to supply some fresh fruit & veg to our HOL programs around the school and an opportunity teach our senior student some awesome gardening skills.

We currently have completed 2 timber raised beds with third going in shorty.
