Parent Payments

The 2022 parent payments are currently on QKR however we are transitioning them over to XUNO next week so all payments can be made on the one platform.  If you require parent payment forms for your child these can be found on the GSC website under the Resources tab or you can collect them from the school reception.  

 

We do appreciate your contribution towards your child’s curriculum costs as these allow us to run educational programs within the school and provide resources to aid in your child’s learning. 

 

 

XUNO

If you have not yet logged back into XUNO since the update last week and have trouble getting in please call the school to get your password reset. 

 

 

Excursion Permissions and Payments 

If you wish to pay for an excursion using CSEF or credit on your account you can do the permission on XUNO and either call or email the school to advise of the payment method you wish to utilise. 

 

 

CSEF Reminder

We are still accepting 2022 CSEF applications. 

 

If your child is new to the school this year – irrespective of whether they already have siblings here – a new CSEF application form must be completed for each new student (CSEF does not roll over from primary school). 

 

If your child has already received CSEF as a student of this school we will have applied for 2022 CSEF automatically for them. Please contact the finance office for further information or confirmation.

2022 CSEF Year 7 Uniform Package

A gentle reminder that applications for the 2022 CSEF Year 7 Uniform Package will close at the end of Term 1, 2022.

 

In order for a student to be eligible to receive the 2022 Year 7 Uniform Package the student must be a Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund (CSEF) recipient.  This form can be found at the General Office.

Picking up Students from School Early

Please ensure that if you are collecting your child/ren from school early, that you provide your child with a note to give to the teacher to be allowed out of class.  Please meet your child at the front office to sign them out.

 

If another parent/family is collecting your child, we will require notification in writing to the school, by either email or a note prior to the departure.

 

 

Lost Property

Please ensure that ALL items of clothing and other items (eg. drink bottles, books etc) that your child would like returned if lost are clearly named.   

 

The lost property rack is located in the Admin building and students can come and check here for lost items.

 

Any NAMED items of clothing that are found, are returned to students.
