Medication while on camp.
Children that require medication on camp will need a signed Medication Authorisation Form.
This form is required for all medications; prescription, panadol, nurofen, vitamins. Anything that your child will need to take while away with the school requires a Medication Authorisation Form.
A copy of the Medication Authorisation Form was sent home with students in Week 9. It is also attached for download.
Parents of children that need medication administered during camp are asked to make contact with their child's teacher prior to camp.
Children with ASTHMA will be able to carry their ventolin with them while at camp. An up-to-date (within 6 months) ASTHMA plan is required for this.
