Trivia Night 2022

Dust off those Covid cobwebs, get a team together and join us for a night of Trivia to raise funds new learning resources and experiences for our students. Organise a table of 8 or purchase a ticket and we will find you a table. 

WHEN:                 Friday 22nd July 2022

                              Doors open at 6.30pm for a 7pm start

WHERE:               Glen Innes District Services Club

COST:                   $20 per person (includes a grazing box per table)

BOOKINGS:        Reserve your table by emailing stjosephspandfgi@gmail.com or message 0438402480. All payments will be taken on the evening. 

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW: 

• Tables of 8 
• Ticket Price includes a grazing box per table 
• Please indicate when booking who you would like to be seated with, or the name of your group/team.
• Bar facilities provided (strictly no BYO)
• Additional grazing boxes will be available for purchase on the evening

The night will include games, prizes plus plenty of laughs and friendly competition. 

There will be prizes for best team name and best dressed! So get a theme together and bring your team to compete. 

Don’t miss out on a fun night with family and friends. 

WHAT TO DO NOW:

1. Get together with your friends and make a team of 8
2. Elect a team captain or determine a team name.
3. Reserve your tickets and make sure you include your team captain or team name. If you have a part table, we will allocate you to another part group.
4. Get excited, it is going to be a fantastic night!

Winter Disco

The P & F invites all students to the annual Winter disco on Thursday 23rd June from 5.30pm to 7pm in the School Hall. Entry is $5.00 per students and includes Pizza and a popper. 

To assist with catering numbers, we ask if students can please bring their money to class prior to Thursday. Students will receive their band which will be used for entry and to redeem their pizza and drink on the night. 

A canteen will be operating on the night which will have a selection of sweet treats and drinks available for purchase.

Annual Pie Drive

Forms for our annual Pie Drive have been sent home with students this week. The P & F are proud to partner with The Glen Pie Shop to bring you their freshly baked treats. 

Please support our students and a wonderful local business and stock your freezer up ahead of the cooler months. 

Spare forms are available to collect from the school office. Please have all orders returned by Wednesday 29th June (last week of term). Collection days will be held on Thursday 21st July for all Kindergarten, Stage 1 and Staff orders and Thursday 28th July for Stages 2 & 3.
