“Buon Natale” is how you say Merry Christmas in Italian.
Year 3 students have been learning about one of the Christmas gift-givers in Italy, La Befana, and have made a puppet of her to take home for their Christmas celebrations.
Year 4 students have been learning how to tell the time in Italian and have been playing “Che ore sono Signor Lupo?” (What’s the time Mr Wolf?).
Clothing has been the topic this term for Year 5 students and they have been choosing clothes in Italian to wear for different occasions.
Year 6 students completed their diaramas of an Italian piazza (town square).
Buon Natale e Felice Anno Nuovo! Saluti
