XPLOR                                                                                  

Thank you to all the families who took their time to set up their account with Xplor.

 

All families enrolled last year received a Welcome email from Xplor, mid-December, with a link that allows you to log into the new system, using your email address and you can set up a password.

Once you are logged in you can check your enrolments details. If there are any changes, including contact details or any medical conditions, you will need to email oshc.brunswick.nw.ps@education.vic.gov.au and we will amend those changes for you. 

 

HOME App.

You will need also to download Home  app form Xplor and when you log in you will need to use the same credentials for your Xplor account. Be aware you cannot log into Home if you haven’t logged into Xplor.

Home App allows you to check your bookings, make a casual booking request and  mark any absences, which is what My Family Lounge used to do it.  However, there are more functions you can do with Home and this why we strongly encourage everyone to download the app:

  • Sign in/out your children with a QR code
  • Check your finance account
  • View all the learning observations about your children, where you can make a comment or share important information
  • View Health check if required
  • View all notification and messages directly from the OSHC service.

 

Please Note: 

1.You don’t need to create a new account since we migrated all the data from the old system to the new one!

2. It is strongly suggested that you retrieve the Welcome email – check in your spam folder as well. If you cannot find the welcome email I can resend you a reset password email, however the system allows only a 2 hours window, after this time, the link will be expired for security reason!

3. Please delete MFL app unless you are required to use it for another service.

  1. How do I enrol my child to OSHC for 2021?

 

If you are a current families you don’t need to enrol your child.

However, you are required to login to Xplor and check all the details are still accurate.

If there is any change please email to oshc.brunswick.nw.ps@education.vic.gov.au and we will amend your changes.

  1. How can I make a permanent booking?

You are required to email to oshc.brunswick.nw.ps@education.vic.gov.au with the following information:

  1. what session you need (Before School Care or After School Care) 
  2. what days you need Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
  3. starting date of your booking

We will automatically put an end date as the 26/12/21.

 

  1. How do I make a casual booking or report any absences? 

You can make a casual booking request or mark any absences through Home app

 

  1. How do I sign in/out my Children?

Through  the Home app, with a QR Code.

 

  1. Can I get my Child Care Subsidy?

Yes, only you have provided the DOB and CRN for both your child and your child’s primary care. Please check your enrolment and make sure all your details are accurate and provided in order to claim CCS
