Principal's News

Mandy O'Mara

Dear parents, carers and friends,

Can you believe we are more than half way through what has been an interesting and unprecedented term 3. I can’t begin to express how proud I am of our students, staff and parents. You are all doing a tremendous job.

As we slowly make our way through these lockdown weeks, I hope you are able to make some time for yourself and your own wellbeing. I acknowledge how incredibly difficult that can be with children and work commitments, however it is so important that as parents and carers you are looking after yourselves. Please also remember it is ok for our students to take some time away from online learning if you think it will benefit your own mental health or the mental health of your child/ren. It is ok to switch off!

Congratulations!

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate our Prep students on reaching 100 days of learning last week.  It was so great to see them celebrate their massive achievement and posting photos to our Face Book page.

 Enrolments for 2021

A reminder that we are currently accepting 2021 enrolments.

If you have a child commencing Prep next year please contact the school to organise an enrolment. It is important you complete your enrolment form by the end of term 3, so that your child can be included in the upcoming transition program.

If your child is leaving Point Cook College at the end of the school year, please inform us of this ASAP. We have already commenced planning and recruitment for the 2021 school year.

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, Point Cook College is unable to offer school tours at this time. However, we have produced a ‘Virtual Tour’ for our prospective families, which can be found on our website.

Yours sincerely,

Mandy O'Mara
