Bread Tags for Wheelchairs
Update of our Environmental Challenge for the Year!
Our whole school Environmental Challenge of collecting bread tags to assist disadvantaged people in South Africa is going strong! We now have an incredible 120 St Simon’s families and staff who have volunteered to join in the challenge and have started to collect plastic tags.
At the start of last week we had 1, 171 bread tags and this week we have 1,853!! A special thanks to Mrs Dabb, Mrs Hannett and a wonderful student in 3 Red, Rohit Khanna who sent me a parcel last week!
When we return to school in Term 4, there will be a drop off box outside the school office where families can place their bread tags in.
Please help us reach our school goal of 5,000 bread tags by the end of Term 4!
