Question of the Week . . . Who else had a great holiday? 

Mrs Ferrari’s Message

Mrs Ferrari said she was excited to be back at school and was happy to see all the children each morning looking sparkling and ready for learning. She was also proud of how our school is looking after lots of painting, carpeting and cleaning that happened over the holidays.

Mr Speranza’s Message

Mrs Speranza reminded us all about our school norms of being respectful, being responsible and being safe. He was also proud that we were all making a huge effort to be at school at 8.4am ready for learning to start at 9am.

Special Presentations

Welcome Prep Class of 2023

We welcomed all the Prep children to St Mary’s and they received a certificate from Mrs Ferrari and Mr Speranza. 

Chess Club

What happens at Chees Club? Students learn new skills, use apps and complete chess puzzles. Chess Club will be held on a Thursday and information when home as a flyer. Students can ask Mr Speranza to organise a free trial lesson before registering for the term.

SCR Presentation

The Semester 1, 2023 SRCs were presented to the school by Mrs Speranza. The lunch time SRC meeting will focus on the school environment.
