Our Year 10 students recently visited the Melbourne Holocaust Museum as part of their core Humanities curriculum. Students reported that they enjoyed the deeply moving experience at the museum. Our staff reported that our students were exceptional ambassadors for our college.

We have a Year 9 Explore Excursion coming up to The Icehouse. Students are receiving their permission slips this week. This is the first excursion for the whole year level in 2023. The aim of the excursion is to familiarise our Year 9 students with catching public transport to and from the city, while giving them experience navigating in the city. Students will also participate in some team building exercises that are an integral part of the Explore program.

Some families will be receiving ‘Not Prepared for Class’ notifications from Compass. This is something we have instituted to give parents timely updates about how your child is presenting for class. Students need to have the relevant materials so that they can fully engage with their class and homework. All students receive a free college diary which they require for every class to record homework. Students must have their diary signed by a teacher to leave their classroom. Diaries can be purchased at the office if students have lost the free diary provided at the start of the year.
