Mother's Day

We hope that all the mums, step mums and grandmothers have a wonderful day on Sunday. We had our annual Mother's Day High Tea event this afternoon. Thank you to everyone who helped set up, brought food, donated prizes and cleaned up after the event. For those who were able to attend we hope you had a lovely afternoon.

Camps Sports & Excursion Fund - (CSEF)

The Camps, Sports & Excursion Fund will provide $125 per year per eligible student to attend camps, sports and excursions during the year. Families holding a valid concession card are eligible to apply. If you have a Health Care Card/Pension Card please give Jenny in the office a copy. Applications close on the 28th June, 2019.

Summer Interschool Sport Results

Congratulations to all of our grade 5 and 6 students who participated in interschool sport. Our students showed excellent sportsmanship and tried their very best at each of the sporting events. Our boys/mixed basketball team, girls hockey 7s and boys/mixed tee ball won their events and will go on to play at the division level later in the year.

Cross Country

Our very resilient cross country team, participated in the division cross country event today. Despite the weather they all did really well. We have a number of children that will now go through to district. Congratulations to the following students:

9/10 Year Boys - Max (4th) and Milos (7th). Joshua (11th) is an emergency

9/10 Girls - Tannah (1st) and Sophie (7th). Keira (12th) is an emergency

11 Year Boys - Oliver (8th)

12/13 Year Boys - Coby (3rd)

12/13 Year Girls - Arnya (8th). Zoe is an emergency

Online Lunch Orders

Cl@ssroom Cuisine are able to do lunch orders for us each Wednesday. If you would like to use this service you do so completely online. There is a menu attached to this newsletter and a hard copy has been sent home with your child. All you need to do is order before 8:30am each Wednesday morning. Orders can also be placed in advance. All orders are the same price regardless of what you order. A 2 Course Lunch is $8.95 and a 3 Course Lunch is $10.35. If you have any questions about this service please contact Cl@ssroom Cuisine directly. This is purely a service for families as a result of feedback we've received, this is not a fundraising activity.

Uniform Reminder

Just a reminder to everyone that a spare change of clothes need to be put in your child's bag for when they have accidents or fall in puddles/mud.

Student Lunches

Recently we have had a large amount of students without lunch. Please make sure that your child has packed their lunch into their bag each day.

Woolworths Earn & Learn - (1st May - 25th June)

Once again we are participating in the Woolworths earn & learn program. If you shop at Woolworths please collect the stickers, place them on the sticker sheet and place in the boxes provided in the school office foyer. The more completed sticker sheets we have, the more free equipment we'll be able to receive for our students. Sticker sheets are available at the office.
