Thank You

In 2018 the parents and friends have made an incredible donation to the outdoor education program.

We now have a brand new class set body boards, wetsuits and surfboards.  Also we have received two new TVs and DVD players at Cypress Lodge along with a new pool table.

It's a real good boost to our program and greatly appreciated by staff and students Darren Strom Outdoor education.

Technology Department

Exciting time in the Technology department as we take possession of 4 of our new workshops. Some of our Year nine students have had the honour of being the first students to work in our new rooms producing quality foot-stools and ornamental candle holders.

We will spend the remainder of the term setting the workshops up for what will be a fantastic term three with new facilities, tools and equipment. All up we will have a new metal workshop, three timber and one multi-purpose and a new electronics room.

Drama Production

Last week the Year 12 Theatre Studies class performed their Unit 3 major performance assessment of Moonlight and Magnolias over two nights to a very appreciative audience. The boys began this process late last year and have been working tirelessly on it since, while still balancing their other Year 12 subjects and commitments. These boys are to be congratulated on their outstanding efforts and lasting contribution to the culture of Performing Arts at St Bede’s College.
