Diocesan Athletics Report

After competing at the Diocesan Athletics Carnival in Tamworth last Friday, 31 of our students have qualified for the NSWCCC Athletics Championships, in Homebush, on Monday September 12.

Please congratulate the following and wish those attending good luck:

Tom Lorimer, Lucas Ferris, Chiti Poomipak, Joe Schmude, Ben Kneen, Ben Kaberry, Alec Campbell, Josh Bible, Richard May, Jordan Redmond, Tom Bible, James Lawry, Archie Piddington, Emily Hallman, Brooke Newberry, Georgina Schultz, Lily Moore, Lily Lorimer, Shyan Dodd, Haylee Bliss, Paige Patterson, Lara Windred, Emily Grieve, Shanae Wark, Hannah Friedman, Lily McFarlane, Ava Vaughan, Eve Newsome, Sarah Fowler, John Harris and Molly Brazier.

Well done to Tom Lorimer (12 yrs boys), Brooke Newberry (15 yrs girls), John Harris (16yrs boys) and Jordan Redmond (17+ boys) who were all Age Champions from the Dio Carnival. A fantastic result!!

Andrew Blair

Andrew Blair has recently returned from the 2022 Shimano All Schools Cycling Challenge at Nerang. He placed 3rd in the the Hill Climb event in the Year 7/8 age category. Good effort Andrew!
