Captains Corner

Hi everyone, welcome back to the captain’s corner Term 3 Week 7, this week it was book week and the dress ups were AMAZING! Thank you to everyone who dressed up, some of our favourite outfits were Grug and The Joker, well done to Miss Quinn with her Elsa costume. Thank you to all the parents who made/bought the costumes. 

2 weeks ago there was also athletics and well done to everyone who participated. We could see you all tried your hardest. 11 people from WPS will be going to division athletics against The Goldfields division. Almost everyone came home with a ribbon which means they came top 4 and were all very proud!

Some things we must remember to do is to charge our computers for the year 4,5,6s because many of us have to charge at school.

Also at the start of September it is compulsory to wear hats out in the yard so if your hat is not at school make sure to bring them.

Lapathon prizes are also coming out in the following weeks so make sure to give your sponsors in at school or on the Qkr app. 

Just a reminder that the book week colouring competition is due on Friday and the prizes will be given out soon. Thank you to Mr Condon for drawing it and thanks to Mrs Lawrence for organising the colouring contest!
