It has been and will be a busy few weeks with a lot happening in sport.
One more sleep – I’m excited!
Our Annual House Sports at Waverley Athletics Track are to be held tomorrow. One of the highlights of our sporting calendar, it promises to be even bigger and better than ever. We have been training hard and are ready to go. Don’t forget to dress up in your house colours and bring your best efforts to the day. Thank you so much to those parents who have offered to help out on the day. The more helpers we get, the more we will be able to share the load.
Go Anyula! Go Arunta! Go Kunjen! Go Pintubi!
Go Syndal!!!

The most active class for the month of February was 1J. SSPS had an overall active rate of 42%.
It’s been great having parents back in the school supporting our PMP program. The kids love your involvement & I’m sure that you will enjoy the experience.
CONGRATULATIONS to Benjamin in Year 6 who swam his way into the Regional Swimming Championships, following his second place in the Divisionals this week.
Go Benjamin!
CONGRATULATIONS to all our Year 6 students who performed sensationally last week, not only on but also off the field to bring home the runners up pennant in the SDSSA Annual Summer Sport Round Robin held at Ashwood. Competing in games of Cricket, Softball, Tee Ball, Tennis & Rounders, our students were up for the challenge, as they displayed not only their sporting prowess, but also great sportsmanship and respect for the opposition.
Go Syndal!
