The John XXIII College Uniform Shop is committed to providing a positive, professional and convenient uniform supply service to the families of our College. We welcome your feedback and suggestions for how to make it a better experience for you and your family.

Opening Hours

We are open 8:00am - 12:00pm Monday to Friday during Term time and from Monday 15 March – Friday 26 March we will be opening from 2:30pm-5:30pm to expediate Winter Uniform purchases. 

We welcome enquiries by phone or email, though the phone is only attended during opening hours – and answering it depends on how busy we are.

Winter Uniform Deadline Issue

With the imminent shift of the Uniform Shop to a small demountable containing only one changeroom we strongly encourage families to purchase their Winter Uniform in the next two weeks to avoid the inevitable lengthy wait that may arise from the impending lack of facilities. A Winter Uniform checklist is attached for your convenience, as well as a Winter Uniform online order form. In addition to our usual 8am-12noon hours we will also be open from 2:30pm-5:30pm for the next two weeks from Monday 15 – Friday 26 March to facilitate the Winter Uniform fittings. 

Secondary Skirt Update

Girls will no longer be allowed to wear the old skirt style from the start of the 2022 school year. We are sending the old skirts to an African charity for reuse so if you have an old style skirt you no longer need please consider donating it to this worthy cause via the uniform shop.

Girls Winter Pants

John XXIII secondary girls have the option of wearing pants in winter instead of a skirt. If your daughter is interested in this option, please get her to visit us in the uniform shop to try them on to see if she likes them and what size she requires. We can now order these as required and they take two weeks to arrive.

Special Order Boys’ Pants for Winter by Wednesday 17 March

We offer special sizing adjustments to students who find the normal sizing does not suit their body height or shape. These made to order items take up to six weeks to be made so it is advisable to bring your son in for a fitting before Wednesday 17 March if you think they may require special order pants for next Term.

Online orders

If you can't make it to the shop during opening hours and you already know your child’s sizes, please email your order to us at uniformshop@johnxxiii.edu.au and include your mobile number so we can call you for payment. We will email you when your order is ready. It can be collected between 8am and 12 noon from our shop, or we can deliver to your child’s classroom if they are a Primary or Year 7 student. Secondary students can collect orders from our shop before school or during recess or lunch.
