Junior Sport Update

With the end of Term 3 fast approaching, we welcome the new season of spring, a great time of year to be out and about and exploring the outdoors after a cold and wet winter. This is the perfect time to make some changes in our daily structure and add a little more activity to our plans. With the days getting longer and the warmth starting to creep in, an early morning walk or run becomes a little easier to contemplate. A late afternoon kick at the park or if you are feeling a little braver, a quick dip in the ocean. These are all simple and fantastic ways to get the body moving. It’s never too late to start being active, you just have to do it.

Sadly, with the announcement last week regarding return to school dates, some NSWCIS events have been cancelled. No doubt the boys involved will be disappointed, however they should be very proud of their achievement in being selected for these representative teams. I hope to be able to give everyone an update shortly on Term 4 Co-curricular Sport in the Junior School. We will keep our fingers crossed for some positive news in the not too distant future.

Until then, take care of yourselves and keep active.
