Respectful Relationships in Term 3

Learning in Grade 3/4:

This term in our Respectful Relationships sessions, we will be looking into different types of stressors that can impact on our daily lives. Students will learn to recognise their personal signs and symptoms of stress and develop strategies that will help to deal with those effectively, helping them to cope with any challenges they may face in the future.

 

Students will identify what works best for them by engaging in and learning ‘self-calming’ games, guided meditations, breathing techniques and body relaxation activities. We will be embedding these activities into our daily routine, using methods we have learned as brain breaks or to help us refocus for learning after lunch time.
