WW2 Tribute

Honoring those old students and staff that served

Our grounds staff have been busy planting a beautiful Remembrance garden with roses to be accompanied by poppies for November.

The garden houses a new Aleppo Lone Pine, and two adjacent displays have also been erected by the Archives department. One honouring those old students and staff that served in World War Two, and the other recalling the evacuation of the school to the Dandenong Ranges as war threatened Australia’s shores.

As we encounter and overcome current challenges, it is wonderful to recognise the previous sacrifices made for the good of all.
