Online Enrolment System

We are excited to announce we are trialling a newly developed Online Enrolment System (OES) which commenced on Monday, 20 May 2019.

The Online Enrolment System is designed to provide flexibility for parents to submit an Application to Enrol in a NSW Government School online at a time best suitable to you. The application can be accessed on all browsers and mobile devices including IOS and Android.

Our online application is to be used for:

enrolment into local schools only
enrolment for children who are Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens or permanent residents
children who live in NSW and have a residential address in the Guyra area

To complete the application process you will need the following information:

Child's medical details
Parent contact details, including email address
Emergency contact details

If you do not have all the information required, thats okay, you can always start the application, save it and come back later.

After completing the online application process, you will need to make an appointment to visit the school on 02 67790844.

We offer our support and encourage you to participate and contribute toward a successful trial of the Online Enrolment System. We also offer an iPad for use if you would like to come into the school and complete an online enrolment for your child/ren with our assistance if required. If however, you do not feel comfortable completing an application online, a paper copy will be available for collection from the front office or can be downloaded from the Department’s going to a public school site.
