Biz – E – Kidz Fees increase in 2019
As of the beginning of the 2019 school year, before school care fees will increase to $9.00 per session and after school care fees will increase to $18.00 per session. Beginning in the autumn holiday program, holiday program and pupil free day fees will increase to $65.00 per session.
Digital sign in and out coming in 2019
Biz – E – Kidz will be introducing digital 'sign in/out' of children during the 2019 summer holiday program. This is to meet the new ‘Child Care Subsidy’ requirements for recording exact attendance data, and to reduce the amount of paper we consume.
Parents will be emailed an invitation to their ‘Parent Account’ before the commencement of care in 2019. Through this they will be able to access their ‘Personal Identification Number’ which they will use to sign their child/ren in and out.
Families will also be able to use their ‘Parent Account’ to keep their details up to date, request booking changes and access statements.
We will be keeping families updates via email, the newsletter and compass about these changes.
Bookings for 2019 before and after school care are still available
Families with current enrolments are reminded that before and aftercare bookings do not carry over from year to year, and need to be resubmitted for each school year. Due to new software, we are unable to provide families with partially completed forms this year.
To make a booking, please complete and return an enrolment form to Sharon (the coordinator) Kelly, Ace, Libby, Georgie, Niamh or Lloyd (Assistant Coordinators). Forms are attached to this newsletter, available from Biz – E – Kidz or the email addresses below
Biz – E – Kidz will be closed after Friday 21st December until the holiday program commences on Monday 14th January 2019. Please note that we are unable to take prep students in the January Holiday Program
Summer Holiday Program Bookings are Available
Biz – E – Kidz will be running a summer holiday program from Monday 14th January through to Tuesday 30th January (Pupil free day) Places are available for most days, but going fast. Please note that Biz – E – Kidz is closed from after the last day of school, Friday 21st December until Monday 14th January when the holiday program commences. We are closed Monday 28th January for Australia day public holiday.
Holiday program deposits are due Friday 14th December: You will receive confirmation of your booking and deposit amount due in the mail in the first week of December. Any changes made to bookings (including non-attendance to days booked) after 14th December will incur a $30 fee.
