Creek Coins

Creek Coins are the School Wide Positive Reinforcement strategy. Students earn Creek Coins through displaying our school values of Care, Collaboration and Commitment.

We state why a student earns a Creek Coin which we call ‘Process Praise’.

For example: “You have earnt a coin because you demonstrated the value of collaboration by actively listening to others, great job’.

Students are saving for a Red Star (10 coins) or a Blue Star (20 coins), they may choose to cash in at 10 or save to 20. Each of the Blue and Red Star awards are based on the age level of the students in each of the Learning Communities.
