Instrumental Music Program Performances

There were a number of performances from Instrumental students at the end of last term to families and friends.  Students welcome the opportunity to share their musical learning and it is a wonderful way to bring our families together to appreciate all the students and their hard work and practise.  We have a few more performances scheduled for this term.  Here are the details;

13 Sept (Thurs): Violin students will perform in the Instrumental Music room between 11 and 11.30

29 Oct (Mon): Guitar students will perform at assembly (changed due to clash with concert rehearsals)

Instrumental Music Program

Lessons are conducted during school hours and are rotated each week so that students do not miss the same class.  All Instrumental Music Teachers (IMT’s) have current Working with Children Checks and provide tuition for the following instruments;

Recitals are held at the end of Term 2 and Term 4 for each instrument - a small informal concert for students to display their progress to family and friends.  Dates may sometimes need to be altered due to teacher availability but will be done as near to these times as possible.
