SASC Got Talent

This Term the year 11 SRC students have been organising and running St Albans Secondary College's got talent. It was an idea they discussed earlier in the year in order to allow students to show case their diverse talents and do some fundraising at the same time.
The Year 11's have booked the Performing Arts Centre at lunchtimes during Wednesdays and Thursdays to run auditions so students and staff can display their array of abilities. The Year 12 Captains, Vice-Captains and students have been judging and commenting on various performances and Mr Orchard has been fantastic with the technical organisation of the auditions.
Students performing have shown extraordinary talent in: singing and rapping, dancing, comedy, juggling (soccer balls) and piano. The audience has also been brilliant at encouraging and cheering the students before, during and after each of their performances.
Congratulations to the Year 11 SRC students for organising and running the even and good luck to all the students who make the finals.
