Literacy

Students have completed their persuasive learning tasks and feedback will be available this week. This was part of our Unit of Inquiry and students were asked to advertise Beaumaris North Primary School to prospective prep parents. There were some very impressive pieces – well done Year 4! 

Maths

We are focusing on multiplication at present. Please encourage your child to learn their times tables. There are a number of useful apps that are often accompanied by music which is a great way to memorise them. 

 Unit of Inquiry

Students have been working on their group projects for “How we Express Ourselves”. They have designed a slogan, jingle and print media for Beaumaris North Primary School. We are very proud of what students have achieved here. They have been very collaborative and creative in the process. 

Year 4 Sport & STEAM 

Library

Year 4’s have half an hour in the library a week with their classroom teacher. Here they are making the most of the new bean bags during Read to Self time.
