The Fete - What a Great Day! P&F

Fete!!!!!

What an incredible day we had on Saturday!!! 

The fete was a tremendous success and I'm incredibly proud of all of us that were involved. Thank you so much to the extremely hard working fete committee, parent and children volunteers and staff. Together we really made a day that was FANTASTIC!!!!! 

Our primary goal of the fete was to open up the school and create community connections. We achieved this! Throughout the day Nigel and his team took over 20 families through the school on school tours which far exceeded our expectations. 

We also raised over $8,000 for the school!!!!!!! An unbelievable amount. Well done everyone. 

A huge thank you to everyone involved! 

And remember, you can always get involved and be part of creating something special at school. I have made tremendous friends and connections with fellow parents during my time at school by carrying out Parent and Friends activities. It's a wonderful and rewarding way to be a part of your child's education.

Easter Raffle

Our much anticipated Easter Raffle will be drawn this afternoon at assembly with 30 prizes!!!  As of this morning we have raised over $850 for the school. Thank you so much for all of your generous donations!!! The prizes look amazing (and incredibly yummy!). Good luck!!

Term 2 - Mothers Day

Our attention turns next to activities in Term 2. First up is the Mothers Day stall. I am going to strongly encourage the Dad's and male careers in our school community to take up the charge this year and 'man' the stall. The kids would love it and it would also allow the true element of surprise for the mums on Mothers Day. Please see attached flyer for details and contact Sophie if you can help. 

The school will also be putting on a Mother's Day morning tea which is always a lovely morning.
