A Friendly Reminder...

School Photo Day - Thursday 4th May 2023

School photo day is next week!

Full Summer Uniform is required to be worn for photos.

Please ensure your child also brings their school windcheater/jumper in case of cold weather.

Each child has received a personalised photography order flyer with their own unique code for ordering photos.

Please advise your child's classroom teacher if this has not been received.

ENROLMENT NEWS - YEAR 6 FAMILIES

PRESTON HIGH SCHOOL

If you are interested in enrolling your child at Preston High School, please email Mark at mtierney@shpreston.catholic.edu.au for an enrolment form early next week, or see him for a hard copy.

Times for 2023

8.30am - GATES OPEN and classrooms open

8.45am - Gates close and learning begins 

11.00am - 11.40am RECESS time

1.30pm - Eating lunch inside 

1.40pm - 2.20pm LUNCH time 

3.20pm - School finish time 

Student Absences

It is a requirement that parents/carers notify the school if their child is sick or away.

A easy way to do this is through the SkoolBag App (see download instructions below). Absence Forms are listed under the tab 'EFORMS'.

Select your child's grade and digitally fill out and sign the form, which is emailed directly to your their teacher and the office. 

Alternatively, please email the office at office@shpreston.catholic.edu.au or contact the office on 9487 1001.

Asthma (Action Plan) and Allergies

As we near the end of the school year, a friendly reminder to please ensure the school receives updated Asthma and/or Allergies Plans for 2023, along with Asthma medication and a Spacer or Epipen.

This needs to be signed by your child's medical professional, and may be forwarded via email to office@shpreston.catholic.edu.au or by dropping it into the office.
