Return To School

We are very excited by the prospect of the school being filled with the noise of students again. It has been a very quiet term on campus so far! Preparations for returning to school commenced as soon as the announcement was made last week. Our teachers will be working collaboratively on Monday to finalise plans for our return to learning on-site and they are very excited by having students in their classrooms again.

All classes will be spending some time easing back into the routines of school and being in a classroom after such a long time learning from home. We are so proud of our students resilience and engagement with the remote and flexible learning this term. There are lots of elements that we introduced into the remote and flexible program which we will build into our teaching and learning onsite. While it has been a challenging time, lots of new learning has occurred for all of us and this will only improve our practice moving forward.

Transitioning back to on-site

We have a number of social stories and supports available which families and carers may like to use to assist their child transition back to school. They are available for you to download below.

Thank you again for your support of our remote and flexible learning program for the first six weeks of this term. It would not have been as successful if we did not receive the enormous support that we did from our school community.
