2023 P&F Committee

Last week we put the call out for some new committee members - thanks to Sam R volunteering for the position as Vice Chair - a welcomed addition to the team.

We are still on the look out for a Secretary / Assistant Secretary.

Secretary/Assistant Secretary

Prepare the agenda in consultation with the Chairperson and Principal
Notify members of meetings (Date, time venue)
Confirm attendance for team for meetings and chase up any reports that may be required prior to each meeting if the representative cannot attend
Write up Minutes following each meeting
Maintain records of all P&F meetings
Receive and manage correspondence related to the P&F
Oversee Facebook page
Communicate with the school P&F community via the Facebook page as required for any P&F related matters
Liaise with the class reps as required to inform about P&F initiatives

Bunnings BBQ - thank you

Thank you to the following people for volunteering their time at the Bunnings BBQ last weekend - Allan C, Joyce X, Sam T, Gill G, Sandra F, Jason T, Kerry S, Sam R, Lisa C, Alisha and Nick, Narelle R, Pat and Sharon.

Your time and support is very much appreciated. We Raised $1500 profit for the school.
