Mindfulness
There is much research to show the benefits of practicing mindfulness on a regular basis. Our classes practice mindfulness each day after break time and at other times when it is seen an appropriate way to calm ourselves, reregulate and follow our Be Statement of Be Ready to Learn.
Our classes are working on 4 selected guided meditations by Georgina Manning. Teachers guide the children through them. Here is one of them, you might like to try it at home.
