Tournament of              Minds - STEM

Tournament of Minds is a problem-solving program for teams of students. The Tournament's aim is to enhance the potential of students by developing problem solving skills, leadership, time management, and the discipline to work collaboratively within a challenging and competitive environment.

In 2021, Vermont Secondary College has one STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) team consisting of seven students from Years 7 to 9.

To develop our team skills and discover STEM in action, we are currently building a robotic hand, which can be controlled with a custom-made glove.

The Tournament of Minds challenge will be shared with us during Term 3.
