Fantastic French

Bonjour tout le monde!

Il fait froid aujourd'hui!

During Lockdown students have submitted some fantastic work on Seesaw and Showbie.

French activities in Foundation-2  have ranged from listening to and recording French phrases on Seesaw, completing written tasks based on the term's French vocabulary on "Pour sauver la Terre" and drawing illustrations on how to help save the Earth.

Grade 3 and 4 have created their own French dialogues of endangered animals talking to Nicolas Hulot (French environmentalist), pleading for humans to change behaviour like "déforestation, pollution et braconnage (poaching)".

They also created some fantastic posters of imaginary endangered animals and labelled them with vocabulary on animal body parts.

Grade 5 and 6 used Lockdown to revise Languagenut vocabulary on "L'Environnement"

and combined suitable phrases from Languagenut vocabulary banks to create a bilingual book, with their own French recordings, on the topic of  "Pour sauver la Terre".

We are looking forward to seeing everyone back at school, "magnifique"!
