Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) Applications 2022

Applications are now open for CSEF for 2022.

Please see attached application form with eligibility criteria.

If you have already applied for CSEFS in 2021 for your child you do not need to apply again.  New applications must be submitted for new students to Bimbadeen including Foundation students or if your circumstances have now changed to meet the 2022 eligibility criteria.

Please return the completed form to the office with a copy of your eligible concession card at your earliest convenience.

Parent Payment Reminder

Parent Payment information for 2022 has been sent home via the post and Sentral at the start of this term.  If you have missed this information please contact the office for a hardcopy or check Sentral.

Book packs are no longer able to be purchased directly from the school. We recommend purchasing these through Maxim Office supplies by 12th November, delivered free to the school as per normal on 2nd December.  The instructions are included below on how to do this easily online. Alternatively, you may choose to purchase these through your own choice of provider. Maxim have worked with us to put together a pack of cost effective stationery that our teachers have chosen to best meet the needs of the students per year level. The book packs are approximately $80.00 each through Maxim Office Supplies

If you choose to pay the Voluntary Curriculum Contributions and Other Contributions they are calculated per child in 2022 not by family. Please return one notice per child preferably by 10th December 2021.

Any credit on accounts (except CSEF) may be used toward the Curriculum and Other Contributions.
