Kharisma Kids - OSHC 

We have made it to the end of week 6.

This week’s focus was

What Emergency Services are and how do we contact them.

With the school getting new telephones we were offered some of the old ones which we had the children reading a script pretending to be the Emergency Services Operator.  The children also cut out and sequenced a worksheet on the steps made in a call to 000.

The children gathered in groups to work out what was dangerous in a pictured scenario.  They did tremendously well in finding them and sharing their discoveries with the whole group.

Next week we will look at the changing of the seasons from Summer to Autumn.
