STRONG GIRLS

VCE Physical Education students have been studying the musculoskeletal system. This has included learning the names and locations of the bones and muscles of the human body. To help them learn the muscles, students worked in groups placing post-it notes with the muscle names on the correct parts of the body. 

With this knowledge, students will be able to explain which muscles are working together to perform various body movements. Students will have the opportunity to practice specific muscular movements using the new equipment in the revamped Fitness Room. 

Knowledge is strength with purpose.
