COVID-19 protocols

As COVID-19 takes a more obvious place in WA communities, we have needed to make changes to how we conduct activities and events at Cornerstone. The main impact of the current arrangements is mask wearing indoors for staff, visitors and Secondary students. Additionally, we are avoiding putting large groups of students together, beyond their class groups, so COGGs are either not going ahead or being handled on a smaller scale. Parent access is limited to pick up and drop off and we encourage parents to wear a mask when on site. Our small size is a benefit in many ways, allowing most school activities to continue, but we are being careful with the arrangements that are being made.

One type of question that we are often asked relates to PCR and RAT results and isolation. Here is a helpful link to some easy to follow information about testing and isolation:

It is essential that you let the College know immediately if you or your children receive a positive test for COVID-19. We will work with the Health Department to determine what steps are required in the event of a positive case in our College community.
