3/4 V

We are now in the time of Advent and the students are enjoying participating in Advent Liturgies and Prayers as we enjoy this Sacred time.  We are currently working on preparing our 3/4 Advent Liturgy for next week about Joy.

Congratulations to the following students for filling their Chart! 

Maths

Last week we were learning about capacity and mass. The students enjoyed using scales to measure different objects around the room. We finished up the week participating in a relay race called 'capacity capers' with the other 3/4 class.  

Inquiry

The 3/4s have been working very hard on their stop-motion animation films. We will be sharing our animations with the other 3/4 class next week in a movie session. Here are some photos of the students creating their films.

Disco Day!

Last Friday we had our school disco. The students all had a wonderful time getting their dance on and making conga trains!

As the year draws to an end we like to wish all of our families a wonderful Christmas and a safe and happy holidays. It's been an absolute joy to teach the children of 3/4V this year and they should all be proud of their achievements. We wish them all the best and look forward to seeing their smiley happy faces next year! Merry Christmas and a safe and happy New Year.
