Merry Christmas

to all our families

Your light came breaking through the darkness

Waking every heart with Heaven singing "Joy unto the world."

Dear St Francis Xavier Families,

What a wonderful St Francis Xavier Feast Day Weekend!

Our festivities began on Friday with the Junior and Senior Disco, followed by activities, sausage sizzle and free Zooper Doopers.

Quote from Thomas in Prep, "The best day of my life!"

On Sunday the celebration continued with our Feast Day Mass. A huge thank you to the attending students and families and in particular the children who participated in the singing and Offertory Procession.

To add to the success of the weekend I would like to congratulate Hunter, Remy, Victoria and Alisha for being winners in the St Francis Xavier Feast Day Art/Writing Competition.

All four received prizes for their entries.

Our St Francis Xavier Feast Day Competition Winners! Well done Hunter and Victoria for your poetry , Remy for your information and drawings and Alisha for your information and pictures.

Recently I have been asking for quite a bit of support in our weekend masses and it genuinely touches my heart that we have many families from both Catholic and non Catholic backgrounds who are willing to come along and participate.  My sincere thanks and appreciation to all of you.  It reinforces my belief that SFX is a very unique and special community. I know our children are excited about the forthcoming Christmas Eve Mass at 6:30pm on December 24th and once again we welcome all our families to attend.

Next Friday, at 2pm is our end of year mass. This is exclusively for our school and a lovely opportunity to celebrate and express our gratitude for the 2022 year. If you are available please join us.

May I take this opportunity to thank you for the support you have provided during 2022 through your kind words and actions. Our staff love working with these wonderful children.

May the Lord bless you and your loved ones during Christmas and throughout the coming year.
