PARENTS’ CLUB UPDATE – HOW YOU’RE GENEROUS DOLLARS ARE BEING SPENT

It’s been a wonderful year for fundraising with approximately $40,000 raised!

We spent nearly $10,000 on...

• Defibrillator - mounted at the school near the library
• Kitchen garden clearing works
• Tears and Cheers - welcome for the new Preps
• World Teachers Day, World Principals Day
• Contribution to Year 6 Graduation
• Subscriptions to Sign up and Costco
• Purchase of a new Chatham-branded marquee, trestle tablecloth and flags, which were on display at the ticket booth at the Christmas Market

We have committed another $30,000 towards the Kitchen Garden decking and surface for the plant boxes to go on.  This work will be done in March 2023 and will be a good foundation for the garden to be established. 

A massive thank you to all volunteers and the Chatham community for their fundraising efforts! Your contribution is nothing short of phenomenal.

2023 is shaping up to be another big one for fundraising with the Grand Fair on the calendar.
