This week's guest on 'Humans of Kilvington' is Mathematics and Science and Systems Engineering Teacher, Anthony Johnston.
1. When you were younger what did you want to be when you grew up?
A Mechanical Engineer (which I was/am) or a Truck Driver (maybe one day).
2. What AFL football team do you support?
Fitzroy Lions RIP.
3. You can travel to any destination in the world, where would you go?
So many magical places ... probably the Maldives.
4. Funniest/most memorable moment at Kilvington.
Performing YMER (to the tune of YMCA) with the Maths teachers at Harmony day in 2022.
5. Share something about yourself that no one would ever guess.
I’m a fierce Table Tennis competitor and, once upon a time, played district cricket.
6. If you could swap your job with anyone else at Kilvington, who would you swap with?
No one, they should all want to swap with me!
7. Your favourite thing about working at Kilvington?
Knowing just about every students’ name and them knowing mine.

STEAM Centre Naming Competition
You are invited to help name our new Centre!
The winning entry will receive a voucher to the value of $250 and be acknowledged by a plaque that will be displayed in the Centre. Entries can be submitted by students, staff and parents, from ELC to Year 12. The deadline for entries is Friday 12 May, 5.00pm.

2023 Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF)
CSEF is provided by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families to cover the costs of school trips, camps and sporting activities. If you hold a valid means-tested concession card or are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible for CSEF.
